september wedding wake

This was a 6", 8", 10", 12" wedding cake iced in off white buttercream and piped all over with random white line work. The 6" and 8" were Oreo cake with Oreo filling, the 10" was chocolate cake with chocolate filling, and the 12" was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling. It was finished off with navy ribbon and pink carnations. 

25th wedding anniversary

For a 25th wedding anniversary, I made a marble quarter sheet cake with vanilla buttercream filling and iced in blue vanilla butercream. The trim, "25", and roses were all made from fondant. The writing was done in melted chocolate.

stevenson university graduation cake

For my best friend's college graduation, I made a marble sheet cake with cream cheese frosting. I made the cap and diploma out of fondant!

first communion cake

This was a 12" marble cake with chocolate buttercream filling and iced in vanilla buttercream. I made the cross out of extra cake and piped scroll work on the cross and on the side of the cake.

mint, pink, and gold baby shower

This was a 10" chocolate cake with whipped ganache filling and an 8" vanilla cake with raspberry jam filling; all iced in mint colored vanilla buttercream. The dots and bow were made from fondant!

pig sty cake

This pinterest inspired cake was for my pig loving friend's birthday. I made the pigs out of gumpaste and let them dry out over night. It was yellow cake with chocolate icing and lined with kit kat candy bars. I poured chocolate ganache about a 1/4 inch high and let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes so it wasn't too runny. I placed the pigs in the "mud" and let it completely set over night. Happy Birthday Bekah!
